ERP Solution Sales Executive (Freshers)
Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic ERP Solution Sales Executives to join our sales team in Bangalore. This role is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about technology, software solutions, and sales. As an ERP Solution Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and promoting our ERP products to potential clients. This role will offer valuable experience in the technology sales field, with mentorship and training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Prospecting: Identify potential clients who would benefit from ERP solutions through various channels like cold calling, emails, and social media.
- Product Presentation: Understand customer requirements and demonstrate how our ERP solutions can meet their needs.
- Lead Generation: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads by networking, attending events, and leveraging digital platforms.
- Customer Relationship: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of our ERP systems.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest ERP software trends, market demands, and competitor products.
- Negotiation & Closing Sales: Engage in product demos, negotiate pricing, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and effective selling.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report sales performance to the management team, ensuring KPIs are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: Any graduate (B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, etc.)
- Freshers Welcome: No prior experience required, though a keen interest in technology sales is important.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and present ERP solutions effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to interact with a diverse range of clients.
- Sales Drive: Motivated by targets, with a passion for sales and helping clients solve problems.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of ERP solutions and business processes (training will be provided).
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple prospects and clients.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Knowledge of ERP software (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.) is a plus but not required.
- Experience in sales, internships, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
