Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Freshers)

Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated and energetic Talent Acquisition Recruiters to join our growing team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or recent graduates who are eager to start their career in human resources and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Sourcing: Identify and source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Talent Pool Building: Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Offer Negotiation: Assist in extending offers to candidates and guide them through the hiring process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and other HR team members to ensure recruitment goals are met.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Any graduate (B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, etc.)
  • Freshers Welcome: No prior experience required; however, a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition is essential.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Able to screen resumes and identify key skills and qualifications.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and work with a diverse team.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office and basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Previous internship or experience in recruitment or HR (not mandatory)
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms
